Panettone Spoon



INGREDIENTS

1 can sweetened condensed milk
300 ml milk (1 ¼ cup of tea)
Oil 150 ml (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
2 tablets of fresh yeast (30 g)
4 ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour (665 g)
1 cup (tea) of candied fruit (200 g)
1 cup (tea) of dark raisins (165 g)
zest of 1 lemon
zest of 1 orange
syrup
200 ml water
300 g sugar
juice of ½ lemon

PREPARATION

Put in the blender, condensed milk, milk, oil, eggs, a pinch of salt, fresh yeast tablets and mix well to form a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and add gradually flour mixing well with a spoon. Add candied fruits, raisins, dark, zest of one lemon, grated zest of an orange and mix. Let the dough rest covered with plastic wrap until double in volume for about an hour.

Line the side of each cup of tea and coffee with greased parchment paper so that a leaf beyond the rim of each cup into 4 cm.

With a tablespoon take small portions of the dough (made up) and place in each cup and let stand for about 30 minutes or until doubled in volume.

Take the cups to the top oven at 200 ° C about 20 minutes until golden.

Remove from oven, cover with lemon syrup and let cool. Serve immediately.

In a saucepan over medium heat 200 ml of water, sugar and lemon juice stirring constantly until it forms a syrup to the wire, about 10 minutes. Let cool and brush cover the panettone.
