Brigadier milk



INGREDIENTS
1 liter of milk
6 tablespoons (full) of chocolate (120 g)
6 tablespoons (full) sugar (150 g)
2 spoons (soup) margarine (30 g)
1 teaspoon (tsp) of starch dissolved in 2 tablespoons (soup) of water

PREPARATION
In a saucepan place the milk, chocolate, sugar, margarine and bring to high heat, without stirring, until reduced (about 20 minutes).
Then lower the heat to medium, add starch dissolved in water, stir the pot slightly and leave it in the fire until the cream pulls away from the bottom of the pan (about 7 minutes).
Turn off the heat and transfer the cream to individual cups. Serve immediately.
