Coxinha curd



INGREDIENTS

mass
1 tube of cream cheese
2 eggs
300g of breadcrumbs

filling
1 chicken breast
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion, chopped
salt to taste
black pepper to taste kingdom
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
1/2 cup olive oil



PREPARATION

In a saucepan saute garlic and onion. Place the chicken breast add the black pepper and salt kingdom. Let it cook a little and gradually add water until soft look good.

Once cooked shred the chicken and add the salsinhas. Be sure to create broth. The filling has to be well sequinho if the mass does not open. Allow to cool.

Place the cream cheese in the refrigerator before use to stay pretty consistent. Open hand in small portions through wet stuff with the chicken drumsticks and model and put back into the fridge.

Beat eggs slightly, add a little water to pass the drumsticks after the breadcrumbs (repeat 3 times) to be very stiff. Leave in the fridge for a few minutes and then fry in hot fat.

Do not leave it too long in fat not to burst.
