Ovinhos Decorated Chocolate



INGREDIENTS
Clay chocolate:
125 g white chocolate, melted
Dye to chocolate to taste (color of your choice)
2 spoons (soup) of corn syrup
Ovinhos chocolate:
6 eggs (to empty and use the mold)
1 liter of cold water with 1 spoon (soup) of sodium hypochlorite
450g milk chocolate (or your preference) melted
To paint:
Spray
4 g of the dye powder
20 ml of alcohol or rum
PREPARATION
Clay chocolate:
In a bowl, place the melted white chocolate and dye to chocolate to taste (color of your choice) and mix well. Add corn syrup and stir until the chocolate is detached from the bottom of the bowl. Spread the dough between two plastic bags and take the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, knead with your hands and place again between two plastic bags. With a rolling pin, roll the dough thin and cut into the desired shape.
With a brush, pass melted chocolate into the clay (already cut) and paste into your egg decorating the way you want.
Ovinhos chocolate:
With a serrated knife, cut a cap on the bottom of each egg. Rinse each egg shell. In a pan with boiling water, put the egg shells and leave for 3 minutes. Remove the shells and place in cold water with sodium hypochlorite and leave aside for 15 minutes. Drain, rinse well and dry the shells.
Take each egg shell and fill with milk chocolate (or your preference) melted. Let the chocolate harden in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator, peel each egg and decorate the way you want.
To paint:
Take a loaf and place in spray 4 g powder for coating confectionery and 20 ml of alcohol or rum. Mix.
In a flat pan standing type, apply the mixture to the tube. If applying the mixture does not drip, is the point to apply. If drain, add more dye powder. Go to taking the test does not drain anymore. Apply directly on the chocolate!
