Cheesecake without mass



INGREDIENTS
1 can condensed milk (395 g)
Sifted 3 egg yolks
2 cups (tea) of white cheese, mashed with a fork (290g)
3 egg whites beaten stiff
200 g guava melted ¼ cup (tea) of water

PREPARATION
In a blender, place condensed milk, egg yolks and cheese sieved mines dented and beat well to form a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer mixture to a bowl, add the egg whites beaten stiff and mix gently.
In a round pan (20 cm diameter × 7 cm) greased and floured, place the dough made ​​up of cheese and bake in moderate oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 40 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
Remove from pan, cover the pie cheesecake with guava melted ¼ cup (tea) of water and serve immediately.
TIP: to melt the guava paste: mix with ¼ cup (tea) of water and microwave for 30 seconds on high power. Stir and return for another 30 seconds stirring at each interval, until it is fully melted and put in a pot on the fire and go stirring until completely melted.
