Sticks peanut

 

INGREDIENTS

250 g skinless roasted peanuts (1 ½ cups of tea)
½ package of sweet biscuit without stuffing (100g or 22 cookies)
200 g of condensed milk (3/4 cup of tea)
180 g semisweet chocolate melted with 180 g chocolate incomplete (or 360 g semisweet chocolate melted and tempered)

PREPARATION

A processor put skinless roasted peanuts and sweet cookie without filling and blend until as a flour (about 5 minutes).
Transfer to a bowl and add gradually condensed milk and knead with your hands until a dough.

On a flat surface, take small amounts of mass on the surface and go rolling to form a cylinder. With a knife, cut straws, 8 cm in length and slightly to the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm.

Soak the sticks in peanut chocolate semisweet chocolate melted with fractionated, place on waxed paper and let dry.

TIPS TO MAKE THE TRUNK:
Before the chocolate covered dry completely, do random drawings with garfinhos, the length of the sticks.

Cut both ends of each toothpick ready to show the filling. Place the chocolate coating melted in a bag and cut the tip of the bag.

Carefully draw a picture on each end, a small spiral or circle, imitating the designs of a trunk. Let it dry.
