Popcorn Cake

 
INGREDIENTS

Small cake
½ cup (tea) of popcorn
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1/3 cup (tea) of water

Cake average
½ cup (tea) of popcorn
2 cups (tea) of sugar
20 ml red food coloring (or your preference) dissolved in 1/2 cup (tea) of water

Big cake
3/4 cup (tea) of popcorn
2 cups (tea) of sugar
6 tablespoons (soup) of chocolate powder dissolved in ½ cup (tea) of water

PREPARATION

Small cake
In a saucepan, with 1 wire and oil over high heat, burst 3/4 cup (tea) of popcorn. Reserve.

In another large saucepan, over medium heat, melt 2 cups (tea) of sugar until it forms a caramel. Add 6 tablespoons (soup) of chocolate powder dissolved in ½ cup (tea) of water, stir and gradually add the popped popcorn and stir with a spoon, until thoroughly uniform.

Place the caramelized popcorn in a round pan (25 cm diameter and 8 cm in height) and smeared with butter. Gently squeeze the popcorn in the pan and smooth the surface. Then unmold and set aside.

Cake average

In another large saucepan, over medium heat, melt 1 cup (tea) of sugar until it forms a caramel. Add 1/3 cup (tea) of water, stir and gradually add the popped popcorn and stir with a spoon, until thoroughly uniform.

Place the caramelized popcorn in a round pan (15 cm diameter and 8 cm in height) and smeared with butter. Gently squeeze the popcorn in the pan and smooth the surface. Then unmold, place the cake on medium popcorn and set aside.

TERMINATION:
Garnish the cake with colored ribbons and bows.
