Baguette Flour
INGREDIENTS
½ cup (tea) Oil (100 ml)
½ cup (tea) water (100 m)
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
1 ½ cup (tea) of cassava starch (235 g)
½ cup (tea) milk (100 ml)
1 egg
1 cup (tea) of cassava starch (155 g)
1 egg beaten to glaze
finely grated Parmesan cheese to taste
PREPARATION
In a pan, add oil, water and salt and bring to a boil.
Place in a bowl sour and scald it with a boiled mixture of rapidly mixing pot. Add milk and egg and mix well. Add gradually sour stirring until smooth.
With a spatula shape the dough shaped baguette (long drum), place it on a baking sheet, brush the egg wash, sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese to taste and bring to bake in oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut in half and place the filling of your choice.
